Return policy

We accept returns for all physical items, but digital download products cannot be returned. If you wish to return a physical item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so, in accordance with the French legislation.

Damaged or faulty items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at office@oxmose.com, with images showing the nature of the issue, along with your order number. Let us know whether you prefer a refund or a replacement. If a replacement is requested, we will provide it free of charge. Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first. In cases where we require the return of the faulty item(s), we will reimburse the return postage costs.

Unwanted products

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service for unwanted items. If you wish to exchange an item, you must initiate a return and request a refund. Once the refund has been processed, you can place a new order for the desired item through the Oxmose website.

We are happy to process refunds for unwanted items returned to us within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original condition. To ensure a smooth return process, please contact us in advance with a note that includes your order number, the items you wish to return, and a statement indicating that the items are unwanted and you are requesting a refund. Please note that all goods returned to Oxmose are your responsibility, so we recommend that you send them by registered post. We cannot be held liable for goods that do not reach us.
